Yes — completely. Every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan. We do not use machine embroidery or outsourced production. We work directly with local weavers, embroiderers, and cobblers. Minor natural variations in embroidery pattern, fabric texture, or colour are marks of genuine handmade craft — not defects. We are recognized with the Aga Khan Award and NVTCC certification for our commitment to authentic Balti craftsmanship.

Balti embroidery is a traditional textile art from Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It uses geometric and floral motifs rooted in the landscape and culture of the Karakoram mountains — distinct from Punjabi phulkari, Sindhi mirror work, or Kashmiri embroidery. The thread work is dense, the tones are earthy and gold, and the patterns carry cultural meaning passed down through artisan families for generations. The Qaar is the iconic traditional wool shawl of Balti men — handwoven in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan from natural mountain wool. Kapsha are traditional handcrafted leather shoes from Baltistan, worn by both men and women. They feature embroidered fabric uppers and hand-stitched leather soles, and have been part of Balti dress culture for centuries. Khaddi is traditional hand-loomed fabric woven by local artisans in Skardu on wooden looms using techniques passed down for generations. It has a distinctive natural texture that machine-made fabric cannot replicate. Our unstitched Khaddi collection is available in plain and handwoven textured styles — buy the fabric and get it stitched locally to your exact measurements.

Yes. All pieces in our stitched collection can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge for standard measurements. For heavily embroidered or bridal pieces, custom stitching may require an additional 7–14 days of production time. Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to arrange this.

Yes — we offer free delivery across all of Pakistan on every order. Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) receive orders in 3–5 business days. Other areas including Gilgit-Baltistan may take 5–8 business days after dispatch. See our full Shipping Policy .

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom embroidery or made-to-order pieces require 7–14 additional days of production time. We will inform you of the expected timeline when you place a custom order.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was shown, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+92 345 9059993) with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve this at no extra cost to you.
