Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom embroidery or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time of 7–14 days — we will inform you of the expected timeline when you place such an order.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other cities and remote areas, including Gilgit-Baltistan: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, particularly during winter months in Skardu and surrounding mountain regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Pakistan only. We are working toward offering international shipping in the future — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
