Refund policy

At Gull Khatoon By Aniee's, every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan. Because of this, we ask customers to review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The item is not part of our Unstitched, Made-to-Order, or Custom Embroidery collections
  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival, or significantly different from what was ordered

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in embroidery pattern, fabric texture, or color shade are natural characteristics of Balti craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unstitched fabric once cut or altered
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Innerwear, accessories, and sale/clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92 345 9059993) or email (gullkhatoon910@gmail.com) with your order number and clear photos of the item
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for return
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging — we will share the return address with you directly

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us directly via WhatsApp — we're happy to arrange an exchange where stock is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this quickly at no extra cost to you.
